The University of Arizona softball team swept Baylor over the weekend, scoring 27 runs across three games.

Arizona's offense set the pace early and kept it going, consistently applying pressure at the plate with timely hitting. Key offensive stretches in each game created scoring gaps and prevented Baylor from gaining momentum.

The depth of the Wildcats played a major role in the sweep, with contributions coming from throughout the lineup. Rather than relying on one strong performance, Arizona got production from multiple hitters across all three games.

Arizona's pitching staff performed reliably as well, minimizing walks and forcing weak contact. The Wildcats controlled the pace of each game and limited Baylor's offensive opportunities.

Throughout all three games, Arizona remained composed and consistent, responding to Baylor's scoring chances and adding insurance runs when necessary.

With the sweep, Arizona continues to build momentum as the season progresses.
